Tablecloths Rental
EB Inc Events rents more than 700 tablecloths in poplin, satin, sequin, velvet, taffeta, dupioni, lace, chiffon and spandex for weddings, galas, corporate events and parties across Houston, Dallas and Austin. Every cloth is pressed, delivered and, if you book setup, laid by our team from our showroom in Humble.
Sizes. A 60″ round table takes a 120″ round cloth to the floor (108″ for a mid-length drop). A 72″ round takes 132″. A 6 ft banquet table takes 90″ x 132″ and an 8 ft table takes 90″ x 156″. Cocktail and highboy tables take a 120″ round with a sash, or a fitted spandex cover. Tell us your table sizes and we will match the drop.
Fabrics. Poplin is the workhorse for corporate events, parties and large guest counts. Satin and matte satin add shine and come in the widest colour range. Sequin cloths in gold, silver, black, blush and more make a sweetheart, cake or head table the focal point. Velvet brings weight and rich colour for fall, winter and black-tie rooms. Dupioni, caprice and taffeta give texture and sheen; lace, chiffon and organza layer over a base cloth as overlays.
Colours. Browse by colour family: white and ivory, gold and champagne, black, navy and blue, blush and pink, burgundy and red, green, grey and silver, purple. Most colours are stocked in several fabrics so the guest tables, head table and napkins can share a palette.
Order one cloth per table plus one or two spares, and pair with napkins, runners, overlays and charger plates from the same collection. Visit the showroom to see fabrics in person before you decide.
