Chair Cover & Sash Rentals

EB Inc Events rents spandex, foam-back fitted and self-tie chair covers, plus sashes and chair bands, for weddings, galas, corporate events and parties across Houston, Dallas and Austin. Covers are delivered from our Humble showroom and fitted by our team if you book setup.

Chair covers are for venue chairs you cannot swap out: banquet chairs, folding chairs, hotel ballroom seating. If the venue already has chiavari, cross-back or ghost chairs, leave them uncovered and add a sash or band instead.

Spandex covers stretch over banquet and folding chairs for a clean, modern silhouette and come in white, ivory, champagne, blush, charcoal grey, black and black-and-white stripe. Foam-back fitted covers in matte satin or poplin (ivory, champagne, brown, black) sit tailored on banquet chairs with a padded back. Self-tie covers in satin, matte satin and crepe satin (white, ivory, platinum, champagne, gold antique, copper, red, navy, kelly green, silver, black) give a classic draped look, and the tuxedo covers in silver-and-black or black-and-silver suit formal dinners.

Sashes and bands in satin, organza and spandex tie or wrap over any cover, or directly on a chiavari chair, to carry the accent colour down the room.

Order one cover per chair plus spares, and tell us the chair type so we send the right fit. Setup for 150 or more chairs is best booked with delivery.
