Charger Plate & Placemat Rentals
EB Inc Events rents charger plates in glass, acrylic, metal, wood and rattan, plus decorative placemats, for weddings, galas, corporate dinners and parties across Houston, Dallas and Austin. Chargers are delivered with your linens from our showroom in Humble and set on the table by our team if you book setup.
A charger sits under the dinner plate and frames each place setting from the moment guests walk in until the first course is served. It is the fastest way to make a plain venue table look finished in photos.
Gold chargers are our most rented: glass with a thin or thick gold band, gold beaded glass, gold sponge, and acrylic in plain, beaded, ruffled and soft-gold finishes. Rose gold blush acrylic and rose gold band glass warm up blush and ivory palettes. Silver chargers come in beaded, plain, square, sponge and glitter-band glass and acrylic, with hammered silver metal for a modern table.
Clear glass chargers, beaded or hammered, disappear into any linen and suit garden and minimalist weddings. Black chargers in plain, square, rope, rhinestone and black-and-gold scalloped styles anchor dramatic and black-tie tables. Colour options include red, burgundy, purple, green, aqua and champagne taupe. For rustic and outdoor events we carry light and dark wood chargers, dark rattan, copper hammered metal and brown rope acrylic, along with bark and petal-and-vine placemats.
Order one charger per guest plus a few spares. Glass photographs with more depth; acrylic is lighter and easier to handle for large rooms. Tell us your tablecloth and napkin colours and we will pull the finishes that work with them.
