"Elegant Beginnings provided, Napkins, Overlays, decorated the cake/sweetheart and sign in tables for my Wedding April 6, 2013 at the Bell Tower. They did an amazing job, everything was beautiful! They were extremely easy and professional to work with. Scheduling an appointment to view all their samples at their show room was incredibly easy and a great experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone!"
